- How far in advance can you reserve?

Reservations can be made from the first day of the month three months prior to the month of stay.
Example: If you wish to stay on November 20, you can make a reservation from August 1.
*Reservations for the year-end and New Year’s holidays from December 29 to January 3 can only be made by phone starting on September 1 at 9:00am. - Can I request a non-smoking or smoking room?

All rooms are non-smoking. There are no smoking rooms.
If you wish to smoke, please use the smoking room on the 2nd floor of the hotel. - What time can I use the hot spring facilities?
- The bath hours differ for day visitors and overnight guests.
- Can I select a room with a view?

However, please note that we may not be able to meet your request depending on the room availability on the day. - About Cancellations

Cancellations can be made up to 4 days prior to the date of stay by 8:00pm.
A cancellation fee (per person, per night) will be charged based on the date of stay.
The cancellation policy is as follows: - What is the check-in/check-out time?
- Check-in time is between 2:00pm and 7:00pm. (Please let us know if you are going to check-in after the scheduled check-in time.) Check-out time is 11:00am.
- Can I drop off my luggage before check-in?

Guests’ luggage can be checked in at the front desk. (Free of charge).
(Please note that fragile or valuable items will not be accepted.) - Can I pay with a credit card?

■ Reservations may be cancelled if more than 2 hours have elapsed without notification of the scheduled arrival time.
